my bottom back last left side tooth

my tooth is killing me the last tooth on the bottom left side is giving me so much pain its making the inside of me ear hurt ive rinsed with mouthwash brushed it ive even took ibprofin but it comes and good wat can i do

Obviously you need to see a dentist to have it check out. It sounds like you either need to have the tooth taken out or a root canal treatment. Usually if you wait until you have lots of pain, those are your only two options to solve the problem.

In the interim if you cannot get to a dentist, I would suggest you see your family doctor and ask for some antibiotics and something stronger for the pain. The antibiotics will help calm the infection down (the reason you have pain is because the tooth has become infected) so you can at least get some relief from the pain. But if you do not see a dentist soon thereafter, and solve the source of the infection (the tooth), the pain will only return.
