I visited your office on May 31st to fix cavity and to

get consultation for orthodentics.

 

At the time, you referred Dr. Kim at Village Centre Crt, but I found out that his office is more than one-hour distance from my home.

 

I thank you for your consideration, but to drive more than one hour for just 20 minutes of consultation does not appeal to me.

 

I heard that Aaron, or was it his sister?, was treated by another orthodentist, Dr.Kola (?), sorry did I spell him right?,

 

Could I also get his office location and contact number?
